Buying signals for outbound teams
Prospect Wave watches the public record — job posts, funding rounds, leadership moves, product releases — and hands your reps a ranked list of accounts that changed this week, with the reason attached.
Stop guessing which accounts moved
A signal is only useful while it is fresh. Prospect Wave is built around getting the change to a rep the same morning it becomes public.
Signal feed
Hiring surges, office openings, funding, tooling changes and executive hires, deduplicated into one event per account instead of nine notifications.
Account scoring
Score accounts on the signals that actually preceded your last hundred closed deals, not on a generic fit model bought off the shelf.
Territory views
Each rep sees their own patch, sorted by what changed. Managers see the same list rolled up, with coverage gaps highlighted.
Quiet by default
One digest a day, or a webhook when a watched account crosses a threshold you set. No firehose to triage.
Exports that fit
CSV, a REST endpoint, or a scheduled push into the CRM fields you already use. No new tab for anyone to forget.
Auditable sources
Every signal links to the public page it came from and the date it was first seen, so a rep can read it before they write.
How it works
Three steps, and the first two are done once.
Upload the accounts you already sell to, or describe the segment and we will build the starting list with you.
Choose the events that matter for your motion and the threshold that makes one worth a rep's morning.
Each morning the changed accounts arrive ranked, with the source and the date attached to every reason.
Pricing
Per seat, billed monthly, cancel whenever. Annual billing takes two months off.

Send us the accounts you are already working. We will run two weeks of signals against them and show you what your team would have seen — before you decide anything.
Questions
Where do the signals come from?
Public sources only: company sites and newsrooms, job boards, public filings and registries, and press coverage. Every signal carries a link to the page it was read from.
Do you sell contact data?
No. Prospect Wave tells you which accounts changed and why. Who to write to, and how you reach them, stays with your own tools.
Can it write to our CRM?
Yes — a scheduled push into fields you name, or a webhook you handle yourself. Both are on the Team plan.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon. Most of it is agreeing which signals count; the account list import takes minutes.
What happens to our data?
Your account list and scoring model are yours, exportable at any time, and deleted within 30 days of cancellation. See the privacy notice.
